We are passionate about what we do and our aim is to continually support identifying new and emerging talent, supporting diversity and mental health within the workplace, moving away from the typical, old fashioned view of rec to rec which we believe to be outdated and long overdue for a shake up. What makes us so successful is that not only do we have great client connections but we are supported by a large resource team, and independent recruiters who go out and source fantastic passive talent. We work flexibly on all aspects of recruitment from contingency based roles to fully retained assignments including specialist projects.
